The Cornell Scale for Depression in Dementia (CSDD) consists of a questionnaire completed by caregivers of patients with dementia. Caregivers rate various depressive behaviours on a 4-point scale of severity, ranging from “Unable to evaluate”, to “Absent”, “Mild to Intermittent” and “Severe.”
This app allows the inventory to be completed electronically and the results uploaded to an appropriately configured server. Designated care providers can view the data to help design appropriate interventions for each patient.
